The sizes mentioned in the size chart are body measurements and garment measurement would be 2-6 inches bigger depending on the fit.

Regular - The top is 2 inches bigger than the body measurement

Relaxed - The top is 4 inches bigger than the body measurement

Lose - The top is 6 inches bigger than the body measurement

For the pants, consider the waist size as mentioned in size chart ( All the pants are half-elasticated)
