Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Return Policy:
- Return Period: Only Damaged Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. (Please make sure you have an unboxing video otherwise it won’t be applicable)
- Return Charges: For Damaged product, there are no applicable charges. You will receive the details from the team once you raise a return request.
- Return in any other Cases: Since all our products are make on order, this condition is not applicable.
- Return Condition:Â To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, and in the same condition you received it along with the invoice.
Refund Policy:
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email notification.
- Approval or Rejection:Â If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit note will be sent to your account which can be used within a year.
- Shipping Costs Refund:Â On COD orders, an additional charge of Rs.150/- is not refundable.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@shopafeemi.com.
Exchange Policy:
- Defective or Damaged Items:Â If you received a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange.
- Size Exchange:Â Items can be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability. (In case of non-availability, a credit note will be added to your wallet)
- Product Exchange: Items can be exchanged for a different product, subject to availability. (In case of non-availability, a credit note will be added to your wallet)
- Exchange Condition:Â To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, with tags, and in the same condition you received it along with the invoice.
An additional amount of Rs.150 per product will be charged for exchange that covers both your pickup and re-delivery charges. (This condition won’t be applicable for damaged products provided you send us an unboxing video of the same)
Our size chart clearly indicates the size and mentions that it is body measurement and garment measurement would be 2-3 inches bigger for regular fit and 4-5 inches bigger for lose fit outfits.
Despite that if the size is not appropriate, we definitely can get it exchanged for you!
Note:
- Products once exchanged are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
- In case of any sort of customisation requested from customer – be it (length/colour/shape, etc), the customised product is strictly not eligible for exchange or return.
- In case the customer’s location is not accessible while initiating a return for items the customer wishes to Exchange/Return, then the customer will have to ship the product to us. We mostly don’t face this problem, but sometimes, there is a location constraint while placing a pick-up request, hence the team would request your kind cooperation.
